Group Fitness

Choose from more than fifty amazing weekly classes with the most qualified high energy instructors, such as SPIN, BODYPUMP, CXWORX, TRX, ZUMBA, Yoga, or a variety of other fitness classes. Group Exercise is a great way to stay on track, and The Fit Experience gives you access to a huge assortment of fun and result-oriented Group Exercises that will cover all the essentials of total fitness.

Group Training Exercise Classes

Many of our Personal Trainers also teach group training classes. These classes offer a unique and intimate training experience while still benefiting from member to member interaction and inclusion. Some of the classes offered by our Personal Trainers are:

TRX group training: a small class using suspension straps to focus on strengthening and stretching every muscle while constantly focusing on the core muscles.

Fit 60 Kids: an hour of exercise education for our young exercise enthusiasts ages 7-12.

Boot Camp: An hour of intense body evolution. Beginning with dynamic stretching and ending with completely exhausted muscles.

EBASS speed and agility training: designed for middle school and high school athletes focusing on improving performance and strength.
